Brighton Hand Car Wash

This is so much more than just a great neighborhood car wash—it’s a business that truly cares about its customers and the community. Every time I bring my car here, the staff is friendly, hardworking, and takes pride in making sure my vehicle looks amazing. The attention to detail and quality of service are consistently outstanding. What really sets them apart is everything they do for the neighborhood. They support local events, give back to the community, and treat everyone like family. It’s refreshing to see a local business that’s committed not only to providing excellent service but also to making a positive difference. If you’re looking for a car wash that does an incredible job while supporting the community, this is the place. They have earned my trust and my business for years to come. Highly recommended!

I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. I initially paid for the Silver Package, but the cleaning was so poor that I was convinced to upgrade to the Platinum Package. Unfortunately, even after paying for the highest package, my car was still not cleaned properly. The interior was not vacuumed thoroughly, and there were multiple areas that were still visibly dirty. I shouldn’t have to point out obvious spots that were missed after paying for a premium service. What made the experience even worse was seeing another customer having to grab a cleaning rag herself to wipe down areas the staff had completely missed. It was clear that I wasn’t the only customer receiving poor service. The manager didn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction or making things right. Instead of ensuring customers received the service they paid for, there was little concern about the quality of the work. When you’re paying for the highest-priced package, you expect attention to detail and professional service—not to leave with a dirty car. I would not recommend this car wash. The service is careless, the quality is poor, and management doesn’t seem to value its customers.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I initially paid for the Silver Package, but the quality of the cleaning was so poor that I felt I had no choice but to upgrade to the Platinum Package. Even after paying for the highest package, my car was still not cleaned properly. The interior had multiple areas that were never vacuumed, and there was still visible dirt throughout the vehicle. I also witnessed another customer having to ask for a cleaning rag so she could wipe down several areas the staff completely missed. That tells me my experience wasn’t an isolated incident. If you’re charging premium prices for your top-tier package, customers should receive premium service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The attention to detail was lacking, and the overall service was unprofessional. I would not recommend this car wash and will not be returning.

Never coming here again, they half washed my car, interior I asked them to clean up or vacuum the floors I don’t even have floor mats but when they said it was done I went to my car and seen nothing was touched on floor and the owner charged me extra for the floors..

To be honest I might have my hopes up a little too high, their wiping down means just touching your car with a rag, paid the platinum with the seat conditioner and the result is quite sad. The washers basically is speeding through ever car, no details. Manager is nice but definitely not coming back.
